2012 Oamaru Wine and Food Festival
hospitality tutor, Steve Le Corre held a cookery demonstration at
the Oamaru Wine and Food Festival, held on
Sunday 19 February 2012.
Steve's demonstration was for a dish of seared salmon on
smoked fish cake with spicy potted shrimps, served
with wilted spinach and basil butter sauce.
