Starz Training Restaurant
Aoraki's hospitality students' cafe, customer service and
cooking skills are tested by running a highly regarded restaurant
and bar on campus catering to paying customers.
Fine dining is available at the restaurant between April and
October at our Timaru campus.

You have the choice of a number of different service styles at
Starz.
Taster - The degustation or taster menu was
designed to offer a number of small courses to offer a variety of
tastes and textures to you, our customers.
Family Service - Main course, guests serve
themselves meat & vegetables from dishes placed in the centre
of their table.
Café - Meals plated and served to the table
from the kitchen.
Buffet - Self explanatory.
Silver Service - All or part of the main course
will be silver served onto the guest's plate at the table. Students
will be offering the liqueur trolley and during two services, the
sweet trolley.
