What's coming up?

Men in the Kitchen
Our men's cooking class will provide you with the skills you need to cook a range of fantastic meals with hands-on tuition from our Hotel School Chef. Over six weeks you'll learn the basics of cooking, like how to cook a great steak, whip up succulent chicken dishes, make tasty pastas, and how to cook fish and salmon with a twist... we'll even show you how to make vege's taste great!

Cake Decoration – Basic
This course covers a variety of simple techniques from coating, including the use of ready to roll icing, simple moulding and piping. Students get to take home their own finished products.
