How do I enrol?
1. Please read the following documents before you complete your
enrolment form

2. Complete an international enrolment form and send it back to
us, telling us about yourself
You can scan your completed enrolment form and email it to study@aoraki.ac.nz
Please also supply the following documents with your enrolment
form:
- If you have completed an International English Language Test
(IELTS) or equivalent, please send through a verified copy of these
results.
- Scan and email through a copy of your passport, for purposes of
identification.
- When you reply, please tell us your reasons for selecting this
programme - why you would like to study and your career intentions
once you finish. Please scan and email through any examples of
transcripts, resumes and certificates of previous experience which
may be related to this type of programme.

Post your completed enrolment form with the required enrolment
documentation to:

Aoraki Polytechnic's International department will assist you
with your application.
If you would like any support or guidance with your study
choices or completing forms, please contact us directly on phone

3. If you meet the programme criteria, you will receive an
offer of place and invoice.
You may be invited to attend an interview or information sharing
meeting with the programme tutor/staff to ensure you meet programme
entry criteria. If all entry criteria are met we'll send you a
letter of offer for a place on the programme and an invoice for
your tuition fees.
4. Secure your place
To secure your place you will need to:
- • Provide enrolment documentation (if not done so in Step
1).
- • Pay your tuition fees to confirm your place.
Once the fees are paid, this will confirm your place on the
programme and a letter of welcome and receipt will be sent to you.
This can be used to support your VISA application for studying with
us here in New Zealand.
Accommodation
We can arrange accommodation for you when studying full-time at
Aoraki.

How to get your enrolment form
Aoraki Polytechnic offers the following options that make it
easy to get an enrolment form.
+ Download a PDF of the enrolment form to print out, fill in and
return it to us. Click here
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print out
these documents.
+ Get a pack sent to you
Click on the form below, fill in your details and we'll get an
enrolment pack out to you by post. Your pack will include:
- Enrolment form and guide
- Course information including fees and start dates
- Pre-paid envelope to return your enrolment form
- Study Link information if applicable
+ Pick it up in person
Come in and collect an enrolment pack at any of our campuses. If
you need advice or help with filling in your enrolment form we can
guide you through it.
