Two Year Information Technology Package
To provide you with skills capable of the ongoing
responsibilities of a computing professional for the
administration, development and ongoing support of Information
Technology infrastructure.
You will develop skills in computing required to further your
education in Information and Communications Technology, or enter
the workforce in a career that is supported by Information
Technology.
This Aoraki qualification is equivalent to the first year of the
Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology (CPIT) Bachelor of
Information and Communications Technology (BICT) degree. You will
gain skills in software design and development for desktop and
web-based information systems, along with an overview of
information systems architecture.
