Trish Terpstra Training Coordinator
Trish has been providing training solutions for New Zealand businesses for over 10 years. Her experience encompasses Specialist Sales, Consulting, Performance Needs Analysis, Training Design, Development and Delivery, Evaluation, Quality Assessment, Contractor Selection and Management, and Project Management; setting up and management of a national training team and the implementation of national training programmes.
Her role as Training Co-ordinator is to work with organisations and individuals to assist them with fulfilling their training and development needs and in the last year Trish has developed and coordinated a number of new training programmes for specific organisations within the region.
She loves her work and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and achieving customer satisfaction.
