This Unit Standard-based programme focuses on the areas of recruitment and performance management, problem solving, quality and change management and employment relations.

This programme involves self-study and participation in 10 tutor-facilitated classroom days.

Holders of this qualification are likely to be responsible for managing people, resources, and/or work operations.

What do you need to apply?

For entry to this certificate it is desirable you have a minimum of 48 NCEA credits at Level 2 (or equivalent), made up of at least 12 credits at NCEA Level 2 in English, 12 credits at NCEA Level 2 in Mathematics, 12 credits at NCEA Level 1 in at least two other subjects.

Employment Options
